Hi Amy,

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for the excellent advice you 
gave Karen and me recently on the purchase of our new wood stove.
Being a new owner of a wood stove brings a lot of responsibility for fire
safety in the home.  Your assistance with picking out the best stove that
suits our needs coupled with your tips on installation, operation, burning
and maintenance made us extremely comfortable when we lit the stove for the
first time.  I know with the information you gave us, we will be safe from
harm's way now and in the future.  Thanks for everything...

By the way, I can't tell you how much we love viewing the stove's fire
patterns  through the glass door on a cold wintry evening.  There is one
problem though.  I watch the fire so much, I lose track of my TV viewing. :-)
